Recent and Current Exhibitions

The Bolton Camera Club meets weekly throughout most of the year and gives a very warm welcome to visitors and new members. We have been sharing a passion for photography since 1884 and are more than happy to share with you, whether your interest is in film or digital, audio visual or more technical aspects of photography.

Rob Langley, the Bolton University Student sponsored by the Camera Club, has launched an exhibition of his work at the Breightmet Library in Bolton. Since graduating with a first class Honours Degree earlier this year, Rob has spent time over the summer meeting and photographing people in the streets of the town. The result is an exhibition full of personal stories illustrating the great diversity of Bolton life. Anyone interested in street and social photography will find the exhibition of interest, and it will be on view during library hours until the 14th December 2015.

The Club would like to thank the Bolton Library Service for making the exhibition possible.
