Our Club aims to be the friendly focus for photography in Bolton.

The Bolton Camera Club has been bringing photography enthusiasts together for well over a century to practice and improve their techniques in a friendly and supportive atmosphere. In recent years this has involved a major step into digital methods for many of our members, but other ways of producing photographs are valued in the club.  In August 2018 we moved to a new venue  with access on the level and we wish to ensure that all local people can enjoy the benefits of joining our club, whether they have impaired mobility, are hard of hearing or partially sighted.

Meanwhile, whatever your interest in photography we believe you will enjoy visiting our club and meeting like-minded people.

As it develops, we hope this website will give you an insight into the activities of our club, as well as a flavour of the photographic styles and images preferred by our members. We hope you will enjoy seeing the world through our eyes (and cameras!).

As is usual, the images presented here remain the individual copyright of the members concerned.

We meet every Thursday at 7.30 pm at St Osmund's Church Hall, Long Lane, Bolton, Lancashire. BL2 6EB
