Days Out

The Bolton Camera Club meets weekly throughout most of the year and gives a very warm welcome to visitors and new members. We have been sharing a passion for photography since 1884 and are more than happy to share with you, whether your interest is in film or digital, audio visual or more technical aspects of photography.

We are delighted to confirm that Alan Bromiley is planning and arranging days out for 2015. These are oganised days or evenings that are open to all our members, and usually car sharing is available.

Help given by our more experienced members at the location to assist those new to photography or looking to develop a particular skill. As well as being an opportuntiy for photography they provide an excellent way of making and developing new friendships.

Our Days Out are a great way to chat to other members, share help and advice, and take some great photos. We try to visit places you might not otherwise see, but it is the fun and the learning that are invaluable, irrespective of the location.

We are aware some members are unavailable during the week, and some Days Out will be repeated at a weekend.

We have a Day Out book at the Club, and members are asked to put their name against the relevant Day Out. This will ensure we know who is going, and can  set off with everyone present.

We have already enjoyed visits to the following locations: Boltn Town Centre, Rivington Barn and Castle and Media Cit,y Salford

More dates and venues are being planned for the next few months.
